3. Use of Services

- Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details and passwords.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals

- The Bank is not responsible for delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by technical or operational issues.

- The Bank may amend its Fee Schedule from time to time, with notice provided to the Customer.
- Any applicable taxes will be deducted from the Customer’s account.
6. Interest
- Interest rates on deposits and loans will be as specified by the Bank and may vary from time to time.
- Interest earned will be credited to the Customer’s account periodically, subject to the Bank’s policies.
7. Online Banking
- Online banking services are provided to enable Customers to access their accounts and perform transactions electronically.
- The Bank is not liable for unauthorized transactions if the Customer fails to safeguard their login credentials.
- The Bank may temporarily suspend online services for maintenance or upgrades.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- The Bank is committed to protecting the confidentiality of Customer information in accordance with applicable laws.
- The Bank may share Customer information with third parties as required by law or with the Customer’s consent.
9. Liability
- The Bank shall not be liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or regulatory changes.
- The Customer must notify the Bank immediately of any unauthorized transactions or discrepancies.
10. Closure of Accounts
- The Customer may close their account at any time by providing written notice to the Bank.
- The Bank reserves the right to close an account if the Customer violates these Terms or engages in unlawful activities.
11. Amendments
- The Bank reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with prior notice provided to the Customer.
- Continued use of the Bank’s services after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
